Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being.
Aromatherapy massage is both relaxing and invigorating. Through touch and smell this massage treatment is used for a
variety of applications, including pain relief, mood enhancement and increased cognitive function.
I only offer 60 minute-long sessions of Aromatherapy, as it includes a full-body massage, which should not be rushed. There is a reason you are coming in for an aromatherapy massage, and I guess it is because you would like to relax. Once I find an oil combination that suit your needs, let the sense of smell and touch take care of that stress of yours.
Aromatherapy massage detoxifies the body, in order to fully benefit from this effect you need to drink plenty of water and avoid nicotine and alcohol in the hours after the massage. Excessive exercise should also be avoided shortly after the treatment. Try to rest and keep warm.
I would give it 10-20min before you seat back behind the wheel. Drink some water and relax in the massage studio, or go for a short walk before you drive off.
Always book massages directly on my Violet's Beauty Room page for the best deals.
If you have a gift voucher, or want to ask about a deal you've seen on this website just mention this during the pre-treatment consultation.
Payment is usually by cash or card on the day of the treatment, however, if you would like to pay by card or buy a voucher for somebody else please use the ‘Buy now’ button below that will transfer you to PayPal to complete the payment.Aromatherapy Massage - 60 min - £42
