I only offer 60 minute-long sessions of Aromatherapy, as it includes a full-body massage, which should not be rushed.

Aromatherapy massage aftercare
Aromatherapy massage detoxifies the body, in order to fully benefit from this effect you need to drink plenty of water and avoid nicotine and alcohol in the hours after the massage.
Excessive exercise should also be avoided shortly after the treatment. Try to rest and keep warm.
Can I drive after Aromatherapy massage?
I would give it 10-20min before you seat back behind the wheel. Drink some water and relax in the massage studio, or go for a short walk before you drive off.
